As we are primarily a wildlife conservancy, a conservation fee of KES 1000/- per adult and 500/- per child(free for kids under 5) is charged upon arrival at the gate. This is only paid once and goes towards all our conservation efforts.
Please remember that you’re staying in my home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
Lake Naivasha is an incredible spot and the towering volcanic landscape that surrounds it there is no shortage of things to explore on land or water. Just ask us in advance or when you arrive and we are delighted to make suggestions for fun activities in the local area.

It’s easiest to use a car to get anywhere in Kenya and getting to the Rose Cottage is no exception. However, there are many taxis and motorbike taxis (boda boda) operating locally that can be useful for those without private transport.
